In our first article, we looked at the benefits of gender equality.

There are many ways organisations can make their workplace more diverse.

When it comes to diversity, most organisations do not even know where to begin.

Getting started can often be the biggest barrier.

Here are some ways that organisations can promote diversity, and get more women with intellectual disabilities in the workforce.

1. Businesses can set aside a budget for inclusion.
2. Inclusive policies are in place.
3. Easy to access training.
4. Businesses can create a culture of respect and support for all women.
