What to remember when you go on holiday
The build up to going on holiday can be stressful whether you have an intellectual disability or not.
Here are 6 things you need to think about when going on holiday.

Person hygiene
It’s easy to forget things like deodorant and toothbrushes so remember to pack those early.
Clothes
Be sure to pack extra clothes just in case.
