How to tell someone if they are being offensive

People with disabilities can often face discrimination.

There are lot of things said that are not true about people with disabilities.
This harms the disabled community.

There are lots of ways of telling someone they are being offensive to you.
You could say…
‘That is offensive’
‘Please stop that’
‘I do not appreciate that’
It is important that you tell them that they are being offensive so they stop being offensive to you and to others.
Discrimination is not acceptable.
If someone is offensive to you in the workplace you can report this to your manager.
Advocating for yourself is really important.
It makes sure people understand that offensive behaviour is not ok.
