How can we make our online presence more accessible for those with disabilities?
Use camel case.
Camel case includes a capital letter in the middle of a word to show the start of two words when they’re combined.
Here’s an example, CamelCase
This can be used to make hashtags easier to read online.
Be sure to use colours that are contrasting so it is easy to read.
Try to avoid using lots of emojis, as it will disrupt those who use screen reading, as the emojis will also be read out.
Be sure to add an image description, whether on your website or social media.
