It can be tough to stick to your goals.
Here are some tips to stay on track and keep you motivated to reach your goals.

Once you have chosen the goal, you can create a plan and a timeline to go with it.
This plan should include steps you need to take in order to reach your goal.
The timeline will help you to stay on track.
Once you have the plan with the steps, you will need to stay motivated.
Luckily there are a few ways to stay motivated.
You could find a support group or buddy.
You can then share your goal with others and help each other stay on track.
Another way is to reward yourself for small steps along the way.
You may like visual motivation like creating a vision board.
Remember setbacks can happen and that is OK!
We can learn from our setbacks, but we must not give up.
